random art I’ve been doing of my Giovanni PC
I am doing my training! It’s going really well. I like our trainer and I am surprised about how much I already know that I keep second guessing myself on. It feels good to know how much I know, I guess, haha.
Anyway, I just spent a lot of time organizing stuff for my vampire LARP club (I recently took on an admin position because somebody needed to do it). I’m running storyteller elections across the whole SC region!
I also just sent in and finished some work that I needed to do for the zombie LARP game that I’m playing in. Husband made a radio show! We talked about making it and then he ran off and did cool stuff and it was a great success! I even got to do a voice for the April show!
Now I’m going to try and write some stuff for my next chronicle characters! I’ve gotta compose some stuff for my Requiem vampire, my Masquerade vampire, my changeling, and my mage. SO MANY THINGS TO DO.
Oh, also I’ve gone and racked up some additional commissions!
Just sketching out a vampire concept for next chronicle.
Listening to THIS SONG!
You got that medicine I need,
Dope, shoot it up, straight to the heart please.
I don’t really wanna know what’s good for me.
God’s dead, I said ‘baby that’s alright with me’.
Thanks for the kind words, everyone. I think when I get home today, I’ll probably eat something hot, read a new NWOD book I grabbed at the con, and work on a Stop and Go page (hopefully until completion).
I have to pick the Husbando up from work, so I’ll demand cuddles and SWTOR later. I might try doing some traditional art while I fool around in game… I’d like to do some RP and maybe start into Coruscant on my smuggler.
Just thinking about being creative has helped. I think I just got overwhelmed by some ever-present drama from the con (yes, related to previous LARP drama posts, yes, this has been an ongoing problem for weeks, yes, everyone knows who the problem is, and no, LARP is like church so we can’t just boot them).
Con prep for this weekend is stressing me out. I’m going to drop by Target to grab some forgotten essentials after work, but it’ll be late and I forsee crankiness.
I’ve been working 9 hour no-lunch this week so I can buzz out early on Thursday without my boss getting onto me. In retrospect not the best plan, but not that many options since my vacation time is limited and the husband and I are going on a roadtrip in November that requires many hours scheduled off.
Anyway, I’ll be gone Thursday morning through Sunday afternoon, doing a convention thing in Atlanta. Internet access will be limited (phone only) so if you need something we can email or AIM (sometimes, mobile app screws up on me a lot) or just wait until I get home on Sunday around 5pmish (CST).
